Ever since I started my post graduation, bread has became an integral part of my life… being an hosteler that too in a convent hostel my breakfast, lunch and dinner consist of bread some of these days. My bread diet is well known among my friends they don’t even have to ask me about the content of lunch box these days.
I might be around 5 or 6 years old when I first saw and tasted an ice cream with pink color… till that day only ice cream I know about are the white one’s ,our lovely lady vanilla..
I still remember that day when we were at my mother’s place and me and amma went for some shopping, rather she bribed me with ice creams into go with her. So that ice cream was her bribe to me, at that age only ice creams I was aware about are the one we get in small cups and the other comes in balls, at that age flavors had nothing to do with my choice of ice creams so I went with the ones in cups…

Rich with lots of cake, fruits and custard, fruit trifle is one of my favorite desserts.One of restaurants we often visits always have fruit trifle as one of the desserts for their Sunday buffet, that is where I tasted this heaven for the first time and then all our visits to that restaurant were for their buffet special fruit trifle.
This is the first time am making or eating an upside down cake. I always wondered how these type of cakes taste like an know I know they are really yummyyyyy!!!!

I love cakes but was too lazy to make them because of the wait,so I was surprised and happy when I came across my first microwave recipe, getting a cake fixed in less than 1 minute seem like an impossible idea at first and that too in a cup is an added bonus. My first microwave cakes were, of course, chocolate ones, my sister love chocolate cakes esp self saucing type.(Note:- my attempt for self saucing always ended up like molten lava ones with a lot of syrup inside.)
